Age Calculator for Government Exams counts complete years, then the leftover months, then the leftover days between the date of birth and the cut-off date you type. It then compares that age with the minimum, the maximum, and any category relaxation you enter.
A notification often says “age as on 1 August” or another fixed date. Use that date, not today’s date, unless the notice says the age is counted on the application day. Relaxation is added only to the upper limit in this calculator.
